On Wednesday evening around 6 pm, Mohit Singh (30) son of Raja Singh, resident of Kandraware (Hansapur) of Motigarhpur police station area, and his relative Kunal Singh (30) son of Rajesh Singh, resident of Dhakapur, Kotwali Chanda, were returning home from Sultanpur in their Swift Dzire. While trying to avoid an oncoming car at a turn near Paraspatti, Mohit’s car went out of control and overturned in a 10 feet deep ditch. Both were seriously injured in the accident. With the help of local people, both were brought to the Community Health Center, Motigarhpur. Where after first aid, Mohit Singh was referred to Medical College, Sultanpur. A major accident was averted as the car’s airbag opened.

Shubham (16), son of Ramkumar, a resident of Ayodhya district, had come to his aunt’s house in Parsapur village of Kudwar police station area for a wedding. Due to a storm on Wednesday evening, a Mahua tree near the house fell on Shubham and he got injured. The family rushed him to the Government Medical College Sultanpur. Seeing Shubham’s serious condition, the doctors referred him to the Trauma Center Lucknow.
