Where he met the family members of the deceased Rehan and Shehzade. He also assured the victim’s family of legal and judicial help. During the meeting with former IPS Amitabh Thakur, the victim’s family also accused the police of not taking serious action in the entire case.
No action has been taken by the police
Former IPS Amitabh Thakur said that the way the accident happened with the car in the convoy of BJP candidate Karan Bhushan Singh, no proper action has been taken by the police in this regard. Justice is being strangled by the police administration. In the entire case, neither the section was applied properly in the case nor forensic investigation was conducted.
The vehicle was taken to the police station without any forensic investigation. The women of the families of the two children in whose house the case has happened were made to put their thumb impression on a paper. A case has been registered by writing a written complaint of their own accord. No action has been taken by the police against the vehicle which was running without permission and had a police escort written on it.
The families should get compensation of Rs 1 crore each
National President of Azad Adhikar Seva and former IPS Amitabh Thakur said that the driver Lavkush Kumar Srivastava, who is being made a scapegoat, does not have even a scratch on his body. Whereas the airbag in the car opened after the accident.
Still, he must be hurt somewhere. A conspiracy has been hatched by bringing in fake accused. He said that we want the victim’s family to get a compensation of one crore rupees each. Whether the Election Commission of India gives it or the BJP candidate gives it.
Strict action should be taken against whoever is guilty
This is our demand and strict action should be taken against whoever is guilty. Former IPS Amitabh Thakur has sent a complaint letter on behalf of the victim families to the Election Commission of India and has demanded action against BJP candidate Karan Bhushan Singh. He has also demanded compensation of Rs 1 crore each from the Election Commission of India.
