DM and SSP have instructed the officials that there should be no negligence of any kind during the counting of votes.
Counting of Lok Sabha votes will be held at Dhanipur Mandi in Aligarh on Tuesday. During this time, like Dhanipur Mandi, the movement of vehicles will be completely banned. Only vehicles on duty, vehicles of officers or vehicles of other pass holders will be allowed to go towards the Mandi premises. Apart from this, other vehicles will also be allowed to go to the Mandi premises.

The arrangement will be like this
Dhanipur Mandi Gate No. 1 Only all the officers and employees engaged in counting duty and administrative vehicles will be allowed to enter through this gate. Apart from this, no other vehicle will enter through this gate. After entering through this gate, for the vehicles of the counting duty employees, vehicle parking will be done in P-1 in the empty ground on the right hand side before barrier number-1. Police personnel’s vehicles will be parked in P-2 on the empty space on the left. Further ahead, near barrier number-2, on the right side, the vehicles of zonal/sector officers will be parked in P-3. At the same place, media vehicles will be separately parked in P-4. Parking of vehicles of VIP/senior/high officials will be done in VIP parking P-5 built on the left side of the main barricading ahead of barrier number 3.
Dhanipur Mandi Gate No.-2 Only the vehicles of Lok Sabha member candidates/election agents will be allowed to enter from here. The vehicles of Aligarh Lok Sabha candidates will be parked in the parking (P-7) built on the right side of the last cut ahead. The vehicles of Hathras Lok Sabha member candidates and election agents will be parked in the parking (P-6) built on the right side before the Hathras Lok Sabha candidate entrance gate barrier. Apart from the vehicles of these candidates/election agents, no other vehicle will be able to enter from this gate. The counting agents will enter on foot from this gate. The vehicles of the counting agents will be parked in the parking built on the empty space on both sides of the road outside the barriers built on both sides of the Mandi on GT Road at a distance of about 100 meters from the Mandi Gate (P-8 towards Gandhi Park police station and P-9 towards Ozone City Tiraha respectively).
Barrier System-B
External barrier arrangement- from Eta Chungi crossing to Boner Tiraha (Outer Circle)
Barrier-B1 It has been set up at Eta Chungi crossing towards Dhanipur Mandi. Only the officers and employees engaged in vote counting duty, candidates and vote counting agents and administrative/police vehicles will be allowed entry through this barrier. Apart from these, no other vehicle will be able to go towards Dhanipur Mandi.
Barrier-B2 This barrier has been set up near Gandhi Park police station. Entry of vehicles of counting agents will be restricted beyond this barrier. Their vehicles will be parked in the parking lot P.08 built on both sides of the road. Only vehicles of counting duty personnel/administrative/police/candidates will be allowed to go beyond this barrier.
Barrier-B3 This barrier has been set up about 100 meters from Mandi Gate towards Ozone City Cut/Boner. Entry of vehicles of counting agents towards Mandi will be restricted from this barrier. Their vehicles will be parked in the parking lot P.09 built on both sides of the road. Only vehicles of counting duty personnel/administrative/police/candidates will be allowed to go towards Mandi from this barrier.
Barrier- B4 This barrier has been set up on Ozone City Cut GT Road towards Bonner. Only officers and employees engaged in counting duty, candidates and counting agents and administrative/police vehicles will be allowed entry through this barrier. Apart from these, no other vehicle will be able to go towards Dhanipur Mandi. All other vehicles will be diverted from Ozone City Cut towards Ramghat Road.
Barrier- B.5 This barrier has been set up at Bonner Tiraha. All types of heavy/commercial vehicles/roadbase buses will be prohibited from this barrier. Officers and employees engaged in counting duty, candidates and counting agents and administrative/police vehicles will be allowed entry from this barrier. Apart from these, other light and two wheeler vehicles will be allowed entry. But these vehicles will not be able to go towards Mandi from Ozone City Cut Barrier. All these vehicles will be diverted from Ozone City Cut towards Ramghat Road.

P.1. As soon as you enter from Dhanipur Mandi main gate no. 01, there is an empty ground on the right of barrier B.1. Vehicles of the employees engaged in vote counting will be parked here.
P.2. As soon as you enter from Dhanipur Mandi main gate no. 01, on the left side of barrier B.1. Vehicles of police personnel engaged in counting duty will be parked here.
P.3. After entering from Dhanipur Mandi main gate no. 01, on the right side of barrier B-2. Vehicles of officers engaged in counting of votes will be parked here.
P4. After entering from Dhanipur Mandi main gate no. 01, on the right side of barrier B-2. Vehicles of media personnel will be parked here.
P.5. After entering from Dhanipur Mandi main gate no. 01, there is an empty ground on the left side ahead of barrier B.3. Only VIP vehicles will be parked here.
P.6. After entering from Dhanipur Mandi main gate no. 02, on the right side before the Hathras Lok Sabha candidate entrance gate. Vehicles of Hathras Lok Sabha member candidates/election agents will be parked here.
P.7. After entering from Dhanipur Mandi main gate no. 02, at the last cut ahead of barrier B.6. Vehicles of Aligarh Lok Sabha member candidates/election agents will be parked here.
Outer Circle Parking/Traffic Arrangement
P.8. Before the outer barrier B.2, on both sides of the empty ground/road parallel to Gandhipark police station. Vehicles of the counting agents of the candidates will be parked here.
P.9 After the outer barrier B.3, on both sides of the ground/road towards Ozone City Cut. Vehicles of counting agents of the candidates will be parked here.
Traffic diversion and no-entry
The diversion and no-entry system will start from 5 am and will remain in place till the counting of votes ends in the evening. During this time, entry of any type of vehicle will be completely prohibited.
Diversion will remain like this
D.1 All types of heavy/commercial vehicles/roadways buses etc. coming from Kanpur/Etah towards Etah Chungi Chauraha/city via Boner Tiraha will be banned. These vehicles will be diverted from Boner Tiraha and will be able to go towards city/Khair/Delhi via under Agra bridge/Khaireshwar Chauraha.
D.2 All types of heavy/commercial vehicles/roadbase buses coming from Agra/Hathras towards Aligarh city via Sasnigate will be banned. These vehicles will be diverted from under the Agra bridge and will be able to go towards Etah/Kanpur and Khair/Delhi via highway bypass.
D.3 All types of heavy/commercial vehicles/roadbase buses coming from Mathura towards Aligarh city via Sasnigate will be banned. These vehicles will be diverted from under the Mathura bridge and will be able to go towards Etah/Kanpur and Khair/Delhi via the highway bypass.
D.4 All types of heavy vehicles coming from Bulandshahr/Delhi/Khair towards Sarsol/Aligarh city via Khaireshwar Nadpul will be banned. These vehicles will be diverted from Khaireshwar square and will be able to go towards Etah/Kanpur and Agra/Mathura and the vehicles which have to go to Moradabad will be able to go to Moradabad via Bhakripul-Sarasol square and Baraulapul-Nagalpatwari, FM Tower/Maheshpur Tiraha.
D.5 All types of heavy/commercial vehicles/roadway buses coming towards the city from Sarasaul square will be restricted. These vehicles will be diverted from Sarasaul square itself and will be able to go towards Agra, Mathura, Etah, Kanpur via Nada bridge through old bypass Nala road and towards Moradabad via Barola bridge-Nagalpatwari, FM Tower, Maheshpur intersection.
D.6 All types of heavy vehicles coming from Atrauli/Naraura Ramghat Road towards Quarsi Chauraha will be restricted. These vehicles will be diverted from Avantibai Chauraha Atrauli and will be able to go towards Kasganj, Etah via Chharra/Gangiri. And the vehicles which have to come towards Aligarh from Atrauli Chauraha will be able to come to Aligarh via Chharra/Gangiri/Panethi.
D.7 All types of vehicles coming from Kamalpur Village Cut towards Etachungi Square will be able to reach their destinations via Boner and Khaireshwar by being diverted to the highway from Kamalpur Cut.
D.8. All types of heavy vehicles from Maheshpur intersection will be restricted towards Quarsi intersection. These vehicles will be able to reach their destinations via FM Tower, Nagla Patwari Baraula Bypass, Sarsol, Nada Pul, Old Bypass Nala Road and New Bypass Khaireshwar.
D.9. All types of vehicles going from Naurangabad Bridge DAV College Naurangabad towards Etachungi crossing will be banned. These vehicles will be able to go to their respective destinations via Dubey Padhav or Railway Station.
D.10 All types of vehicles going from Quarsi crossing towards Eta Chungi crossing will be restricted. These vehicles will be diverted from Quarsi crossing and will be able to go to their respective destinations.
D.11 All types of vehicles going from Harduaganj towards Etachungi, Bonner/Highway through Quarsi crossing will be banned. These vehicles will be able to go to their respective destinations via Bijdam Ganda Nala Cut, Ozone City Bypass and Bonner/Highway.
No-traffic zone
There will be a no traffic zone from Bonner intersection to Etachungi intersection.
note 1 Vehicles of personnel/candidates/counting agents engaged in administrative/counting duty will be allowed to move under the above restrictions.
2-All types of vehicles related to ambulance and emergency services will be free from the above restrictions.
3-The diversion time can be changed as per requirement.
