SP City Shailendra Lal along with the police team reached the house of criminals to raid and arrest 30 absconding criminals in Azamgarh.
Azamgarh district SP Anurag Arya has launched a campaign against criminals in the district. Under this campaign, action is also being taken against the criminals who are absconding. In this sequence, the district SP Anurag Arya has directed the officials to put pressure on the criminals.

On Sunday, the district’s SP Rural Chirag Jain and SP City Shailendra Lal, along with the police team, raided the houses of 20 wanted criminals of the city area and 10 wanted criminals of the rural area. Along with this, a team of one sub-inspector and three constables has also been formed for the arrest of each wanted criminal in the district. So that these wanted criminals can be arrested and sent to jail as soon as possible.
Money will be given for cooperating in arrest
Regarding this, the District SP (Rural) Chirag Jain and SP (City) Shailendra Lal have appealed to the people living in the villages and neighbourhoods around the houses of the wanted criminals to cooperate in the arrest of the criminals under this campaign and said that they will be rewarded for their cooperation.
However, during this raid by the top police officials, no wanted criminal was found present at home. The top police officials instructed the Circle CO and SHOs to keep an eye on these absconding criminals so that these criminals can be arrested as soon as possible and legal action can be taken against them.
