A block unit meeting was held on Tuesday on behalf of Uttar Pradesh Primary Teachers Association. While chairing the meeting, District Minister Dr. Chakravarti Singh said, “Uttar Pradesh Primary Teachers Association has demanded 31 earned leaves, 12 second Saturday leaves and half casual leaves.

Block President Satyendra Gupta said that on 11th and 12th July, a meeting will be held at the block level and consent will be obtained from all the teachers against online attendance. On 13th July, in the meeting of the District Working Committee, it will be handed over to the District President and District Minister. On 14th July, from 2:00 pm, a campaign will be run on Twitter against online attendance. On 15th July, on the basis of the teachers’ proposal consent letter, the District Working Committee will submit a memorandum to the District Basic Education Officer against online attendance. On 23rd July, a huge protest will be held at the BSA office.
Block Sangharsh Samiti president Anil Pratap Singh said that until the demands of the teachers are not met, the teachers will not support any kind of online presence. We are ready to fight for this.
In the meeting, Acting Minister Rajeev Singh, Block Struggle Committee Minister Sunil Awasthi, Treasurer Mithai Lal, Anil Singh, Mahesh Singh, Rajendra Pandey, Ajit Pratap Singh, Madhav Prasad Yadav, Ramsurat Sharma, Kaushendra Sharma, Awadhesh Singh, Rambachan, Anil Tripathi, Ajit Prakash Singh, Vinay Kumar, Pushpa Verma, Smita Verma, Gayatri Maurya, Saurabh, Rita Verma, Sheela Verma, Chetna Maurya, Gunjan Singh, Sunita Soni, Vandana Napit, Sudha, Sushma Pandey, Rajlaxmi Yadav, etc. were prominently present.
