On Thursday, the Auto Tempo Drivers Association reached the Collectorate in Mathura and protested. During this, the tempo drivers who came to protest accused the traffic police of adopting an arbitrary attitude. The Auto Tempo Drivers Association wrote a letter to the DM against the traffic police.

Collectorate But Did Display
On Thursday, the drivers reached the Collectorate under the banner of Auto Tempo Drivers Association. Here they protested against the traffic police and raised slogans. Tempo drivers allege that the traffic police is harassing them in Vrindavan. Whereas auto drivers are earning their livelihood by driving vehicles on the prescribed routes.

Determined Route But No Walking Give are Auto
The drivers who came to protest alleged that the traffic police is not allowing autos to ply even on the designated route. Earlier, the then District Magistrate Navneet Singh Chahal had given permission to ply from Mathura Railway Station to Vrindavan Bus Stand. For which the traffic police had allotted route numbers to 250 autos. Despite this, currently autos are not being allowed to ply on this route.
3 From 4 Day till standing keeping Are Auto To
The auto drivers who came to protest alleged that the traffic police seize their autos and park them in the parking lot for 3 to 4 days. Neither are they challaned nor are they released. The auto drivers alleged that the traffic police seize some autos if they insist on more and release some autos after making a deal. The auto drivers said that the RTO has given a permit for 16 kilometers while the distance to Vrindavan is only 8 to 10 kilometers.
