The pathology department is accused of giving the test report to the patient by making a fake signature of the director of the diagnostic centre, Dr. S Senthil Kumar, former senior radiologist of Apollo Hospital Chennai. Whereas Dr. Senthil has been living abroad for the last two years and is providing his services there.
Gave a letter to CMO before leaving the country
While leaving India, Senthil informed the CMO of Varanasi i.e. Chief Medical Officer Varanasi in a written letter that he is leaving India and going abroad. Senthil had told that he is not running any centre nor working in any centre.
Accused of collusion with MD of investigation center
The CMO office is accused of colluding with the managing director of Karauli Diagnostic Center. The case alleges that Karauli Diagnostic Center was run arbitrarily. The health department employee is accused of being involved in this. Advocate Ajay Upadhyay, who filed the case, said that this matter will have to be investigated by forming a committee at the government level.
