The former Pradhan Pratinidhi died during a Panchayat meeting regarding outstanding amount at Sukarouli Chowki in Kushinagar. In this case, the family members filed a complaint in Hata police station. In which three people were held responsible for the death of the Pradhan Pratinidhi. The family members said that Hata police did not investigate the matter.

Questions have been raised on Hata Kotwali police in the case of the death of the former Pradhan representative in the Panchayat going on regarding the money transaction at Sukarouli Chowki. On the basis of the complaint received from the wife of the deceased in the case of the death of the former Pradhan representative, a case has been registered against three people including the city president of Nagar Panchayat Sukarouli from BJP. But the police have made the buyer of the land the accused. Police has also excluded one of the people whom the family considers the main accused from the FIR.

The victim’s family told that this whole case was started by the accused Ram Pravesh Gupta and his friend Raju Kashyap. They had complained on which Sukarouli Nagar President Ramnati Kashyap gave a one-sided decision in the Panchayat case. By pressurizing the victim, they talked about paying a part of the money for only Rs 13000. After this, the victim also made a written complaint about this on the Chief Minister’s portal. In relation to the same, both the parties were called to the Sukarouli police station. Before the arrival of the police station in-charge, both the parties started arguing among themselves. Meanwhile, the condition of the victim former Pradhan representative became critical and by the time he was sent to the hospital, he had died.
The name of the main accused was removed from the case
On which the victim’s family gave a written complaint, holding Raju Kashyap, Rampravesh Gupta and Sukarouli’s Nagar Adhyaksha Ramneti Kashyap responsible for the death. After receiving the complaint, the police also registered a case. In which a case was registered against Nagar Panchayat Adhyaksha Sukarouli, Rampravesh Gupta and Vijay Kanaujia under sections 323,504,506,406,304 including SC ST. The victim’s family said that instead of the main accused Raju Kashyap, the name of our land buyer Vijay Kumar Kanaujia was mentioned in the case. Regarding which you, the victim’s family, will meet the higher officials. Many attempts were made to talk to Hata Kotwal in this regard but no answer was received from him.
