For this purpose, on Thursday, District Magistrate Ravindra Kumar and other officials conducted a surprise inspection of the district’s sub-divisional transport department, Nagar Palika Parishad, Sadar Tehsil DUDA office, CMO office etc. Also, the District Magistrate received feedback from the people present there about the work being done by the government employees. The District Magistrate suspended two employees of the Nagar Palika Parishad.

Instructions given for making the system transparent

District Magistrate Ravindra Kumar Mandar said that there should be no corruption and people should not be asking for money for work. We all had come out today to see this. First of all, we went to the Transport Department where we took feedback from about 50 people but no one has directly talked about taking money. People’s work is also being done there. After this, we reached the Nagar Palika Office Council where we got information about a pending case of a file.

There was a complaint against the tax assessment officer in this case. The office people said that she does not come on time. She does not work properly either. Due to which many cases are pending. Action is being taken to suspend her.

Apart from this, our other officers like CDO, ADM, CRO have also inspected the offices. I have personally inspected the tehsil. During this time, there has been no report of any Lekhpal or legal person demanding money. Their work is being done there, which is legally done as per the court’s orders. That too is being done.

Surprise inspections will continue regularly

In this way, surprise inspections will continue. Right now, the City Magistrate has been sent to inspect the CMO office. Tehsil, block, police station, hospital, CMO office where the public comes. There will be regular inspections and if anyone is found involved in any corruption system and does not do the work of the public, then we will take action for suspension or loss of job.
