According to the information received, Akash (24), a resident of Kanudhampur village in Sambhal district of UP, had a love marriage with Rinki (22), a resident of Badaun district of UP, on 28 May this year. Both of them got their marriage registered in Allahabad High Court in UP. After this, both Akash and Rinki came and started living in Jat Bhurathal village of Rewari. Since Akash’s father Bhuru and other family members were already living here, Akash also started working as a beldaari in Rewari.
Threatened to kill after marriage
Akash said that Rinki’s family members, who were upset with the marriage, had earlier threatened to kill him and his family. It is alleged that on Tuesday, Akash and his father Bhuru had gone to work. His 12-year-old brother had gone to school. Akash’s mother Seema and wife Rinki were present at home. Then Rinki’s father Mahendra, mother Bhuri, brother Ankur and Rahul Jat reached Akash’s house in Bhurathal. The accused locked Seema in a room of the house. Where they attacked her with sticks and injured her.

After this, the accused took Rinki with them to UP. When Akash’s younger brother reached home, his mother was lying soaked in blood. Bhabhi Rinki was also not at home. He immediately informed his father Bhuru and brother Akash with the help of the people around. After getting the information, both of them reached the spot and the injured Seema was admitted to the trauma center. Due to the severe head injury on Seema, she was referred to Rohtak PGI. Akash told that there is no improvement in his mother’s health, due to which they have now brought her to UP. Here she will be admitted to a private hospital in Moradabad.
Case registered against the accused
Akash also told that Rewari Sadar police station came to Rohtak PGI to record his mother’s statement. Sadar police station in-charge Rajneesh Kumar said that on the statement of Seema, a case has been registered against the accused under sections 115 (2), 351 (3), 127 (2), 3 (5) BNS and further action is being taken in the case. The accused will be arrested soon.
