Mahant Narayan Giri Maharaj, head of Dudheshwarnath temple, presented the book of the temple to the District Information Officer.
Kanwariyas have started arriving at Ghaziabad’s prominent Shri Dudheshwarnath Mahadev temple. The attendance water has started here. The water of Triodashi will be offered on Friday afternoon and after that till Saturday afternoon, the Jalabhishek of Chaturdashi i.e. Shivratri will be done. Nearly 10 lakh Kanwariyas have arrived.

Chief Mahant Narayan Giri Maharaj said- As the Kanwariyas are arriving, they are continuously offering the water of attendance. Trayodashi water will be offered till 3:36 pm on August 2. After this, Chaturdashi/Shivratri water will be offered till 3 pm on August 3.
He requested the devotees to offer Gangajal/water/milk peacefully and with devotion while chanting the name of Shri Dudheshwar Mahadev. There is a possibility of 10-15 lakh devotees performing Jalabhishek on Shravan Shivratri.
In view of the crowd of Kanwariyas, the police has banned the entry of vehicles in the temple area. For this, route diversion has been done. Some parking spaces have been made, where the vehicles of devotees are being parked. DCP City Rajesh Kumar said that adequate security arrangements have been made.
