China is number one in the Olympic medal tally with 13 gold, 9 silver and 9 bronze medals. France is second and Australia is third.

India is ranked 47th with 3 medals. Manu Bhaker won bronze medals for India in the women’s individual 10 meter air pistol event, the pair of Manu and Sarabjot Singh won bronze medals in the 10 meter air pistol mixed team event. Swapnil Kusale also won bronze in the 50 meter rifle three position.
