On Sunday evening, in a village located in Kaiserganj area of Bahraich, a young man saw his wife in an objectionable condition with her lover and killed her by attacking her lover with a sharp weapon. He also seriously injured his wife. On getting information about the incident, there was a stir in the police department.

Guddu, 38 years old, a resident of Arai Umri village situated in Kaiserganj Kotwali area, was having an affair with the wife of Haleem, a resident of Harna village. On the call of the woman, Guddu reached his girlfriend’s house late on Sunday night on his bike to meet her.
Lover dies in attack, wife injured Haleem also reached home in a short while. He lost his temper on seeing his wife with her lover. Seeing the husband suddenly, the lover and wife started resisting, in which Haleem also got injured. After that, he attacked the lover and wife with a sharp weapon. The lover Guddu died in the attack, while the wife also got injured.
The villagers informed the police about the incident. On receiving the information, there was a stir in the department as well. The police inspector reached the spot with the police force. The body of the deceased was taken into custody and the injured Haleem and his wife were admitted to the district hospital with the help of an ambulance. Where both are undergoing treatment.
Haleem said that after seeing his wife with another man, he lost his temper, after which he killed Guddu.
