The executive meeting of Vivek Khand 3 Jan Kalyan Samiti was held on 15 September 2024 at the residence of Ramakant Mishra. In this meeting, the committee took many important decisions. These included the following major points which were discussed seriously.

These are the major problems
- It was decided to close the dangerous open drain on the cycle path in front of TD Girls College. From the safety point of view, this step will be taken to close the drain so that the possibility of accidents can be reduced.
- As per the decision to remove unwanted wires from electric poles, keeping in mind the cleanliness and safety of the city, the process of removing unwanted wires will be initiated.
- It was decided to open the committee’s account in a nationalized bank. To improve financial management, the committee’s account will now be opened in a nationalized bank.
- In view of the increasing mosquito menace, demand was made for regular fogging. It was decided to demand regular fogging from the Municipal Corporation to deal with the mosquito menace.
- It was decided to take action on the problem of jam in front of Gomti Nagar Vivek Khand Police Chowki and other public interest issues. Appropriate steps will be taken to solve the jam in front of the police post and other community problems.
Abhishek Khanna, media in-charge, Sanjay Nigam, executive secretary and all the office bearers of the committee were present in the meeting on behalf of the general committee. During the meeting, all the members present presented their suggestions and ideas, on the basis of which these decisions were taken.
