During this, the Divisional Commissioner gave instructions to the concerned officials regarding security arrangements. Divisional Commissioner Devipatan Division Shashi Bhushan Lal Sushil, DIG Amarendra Prasad Singh, DM Pawan Agarwal, SP Vikas Kumar and other officials participated in this meeting.
Special arrangements should be made for security
The DIG said that the police force deployed at the fair will have to perform their duty with vigilance. There is a need to pay special attention to security so that the devotees do not face any problems. The Divisional Commissioner directed to give priority to the cleanliness arrangements. He said that special cleanliness measures should be taken during the fair so that the devotees can get a good experience.
Provision of drinking water and toilets
Emphasis was laid on making necessary arrangements to ensure uninterrupted power supply. All the concerned departments were asked to take necessary steps in this direction. Adequate drinking water and toilet facilities will be provided for the devotees. The Divisional Commissioner directed to pay special attention to this so that the devotees do not face any inconvenience.
Departmental stalls should be set up
In the meeting, availability of buses and trains for the devotees during the fair, parking arrangements and medical facilities were discussed. He said that night shelters will also be set up at appropriate places. In-depth discussions were also held on garbage management so that no environmental problems arise during the fair. The Divisional Commissioner directed all the departments to complete all the preparations for the fair on time. Departmental stalls should be set up to give information about the government schemes to the devotees.
He also asked to pay special attention to the entry of tractor trolleys so that security is maintained. CDO Himanshu Gupta, ADM Finance and Revenue Pradeep Kumar, ADM Judicial Pramod Kumar, SDM Tulsipur and other related officers and employees were present in the meeting.
