Australia won the fifth ODI and won the series 3–2.
Australia defeated England by 49 runs in the 5th ODI due to DLS method. England scored 309 runs while playing first. Australia had scored 165 runs losing 2 wickets in 20.4 overs. Then it started raining. The game could not be restarted and Australia won the match by DLS method.
In the last match, Travis Head took 4 wickets from the team. Ben Duckett scored a century from England. With the victory in the 5th ODI, Australia also won the series 3-2.
England got a fast start Australia won the toss and chose bowling on Sunday at the County Ground in Bristol. England made a fast start and took the score to 58 runs in just 7 overs. Phil Salt was out after scoring 45 runs, after him Will Jacques could not even open his account.

Duckett scored a century Ben Duckett then took over the innings with captain Harry Brook and took the team beyond 200 runs in just 25 overs. Brook was out after scoring 72 runs in 52 balls. After that England started losing wickets continuously. Jamie Smith was out on the score of 6, Liam Livingston 0, Jacob Bethel 13 and Braydon Carse 9 runs. Duckett stood at one end and got out after scoring a century.

4 wickets to head Kangaroo spinners put a break on England’s good start. Travis Head took 4 wickets from the team, while Adam Zampa and Glenn Maxwell got 2 wickets each. Aaron Hardy also took 2 wickets. England could score 309 runs in 49.2 overs. Adil Rashid finally scored 36 runs and took the team beyond 300 runs.
Australia completed century in 10 overs While chasing the target of 310 runs, the Kangaroo team also made a fast start. Travis Head was out after scoring 31 runs on 26 balls. In front of him, Matthew Short scored 58 runs in just 30 balls. At the time of his wicket, Australia had scored 118 runs in 13 overs.
After the fall of 2 wickets, Steve Smith and Josh English took over the team. Both of them took the team’s score to 165 till the 21st over, when it started raining. Smith remained not out after scoring 36 runs and English 28 runs. The rain did not stop and Australia won the match by 49 runs. Matthew Potts and Brayden Carse from England got 1 wicket each.

T-20 series was a draw Australia won the ODI series 3–2 after winning the rain-affected 5th ODI. The team also won the first and second ODI. Whereas England won the third and fourth matches and leveled the series 2-2. The 3 T-20 series between the two was a 1-1 draw. The third T20 was inconclusive.
