Final hearing on bail petition on October 3 This order was passed by the single bench of Justice Pankaj Bhatia after hearing the bail plea of accused Moeed Ahmed. The court had called for the DNA report in its previous order, in compliance with which the advocate appearing on behalf of the government filed the DNA report in a sealed cover in the court. Taking this on record, the court has fixed October 3 for the final hearing on the bail petition.
DNA report not taken from accused During the hearing of the case, it came to notice that the DNA report did not match that of accused Moeed Ahmed and it did match the DNA of accused Raju. During the hearing today in the court, the advocate appearing on behalf of the accused requested for the next date for the final arguments in the case. Accepting this by the court, the date of October 3 has been fixed.
