On the occasion of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti, cleanliness is service. Under the programme, block chiefs, village heads and village secretaries have been honored with citations for making arrangements for better cleanliness in the Gram Panchayat and making people aware about cleanliness.

Apart from administrative officers, public representatives were also mainly present in the program organized in the Collectorate auditorium on Wednesday. During this, District Officer Shailendra Kumar Singh, Baldev area MLA Purna Prakash, MLA Rajesh Chaudhary, MLA Thakur Megh Shyam Singh, MLC Yogesh Nauhwar, Cabinet Minister’s representative Nardev Chaudhary, MP representative Janardan Sharma, Govardhan Block Chief Vipin Singh, Chief representative of Chaumuha, Pandit. Public representatives from different areas including Shobharam Sharma were mainly present.

Village heads honored

On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, the village heads who attended the program organized in the Collectorate Auditorium were honoured. This honor has been given to him for maintaining better facilities and cleanliness in his Gram Panchayat and for providing timely work to the people of Gram Panchayat. In the program, public representatives and District Magistrate expressed their views regarding cleanliness. In the programme, village heads, secretaries, motivators and public representatives have been honored for their special work towards cleanliness.
