DM Nikhil Tikaram Funde and SP Aditya Langhe held a meeting with Durga Puja committees on Wednesday evening at Chandauli Police Line Auditorium. In the meeting, discussions were held regarding organizing Ramlila, Ravana Dahan and Durga Puja. Talk to religious leaders and organizers about organizing festivals.

DM Nikhil Tikaram Funde said that no new program will be allowed. He said that if any untoward incident occurs, immediately inform the police administration. The administration is committed to provide a peaceful environment to the citizens so that they can celebrate all the festivals with joy. Paying special attention to the cleanliness system, the DM gave instructions to run a campaign in the city and rural areas.
Separate gates for men and women SP Aditya Langhe gave guidelines to the puja committees regarding security. He said that loudspeakers should be used only as per the prescribed standards. Proper arrangements should be made for CCTV cameras, volunteers, fire extinguishers and lighting in puja pandals. Emphasis was also laid on making separate entry and exit gates for men and women.
He warned of keeping a special vigil on social media and said that if anyone tries to disturb the harmony, strict action will be taken. SDM Surendra Singh, ASP Vinay Kumar Singh, and ASP Anil Kumar Yadav and other officers were also present in the meeting.
