Women present with sixteen adornments Chief Patron Madhubala Aggarwal told that all the women participated in the Mehndi festival after doing sixteen adornments. The felicitation ceremony will be organized on Friday. Maharaja Agrasen Premchand Bansal and Maharani Pushpa Rani said that we are fortunate to have got the opportunity to become Maharaja Agrasen and Maharani Madhavi in the Agrasen Jayanti Mahotsav of Balkeshwar.
