There is anger among the students since the release of the results of Polytechnic Even Semester Annual Examination June 2024. The result of even semester annual examination was released on 3 October. Due to the result, hundreds of students have deliberately failed the board and failed in the examination.

To get the result corrected, the students also made rounds of the board office, but when the hearing was not held, the students demonstrated fiercely on Monday in the Lucknow Board office as well as in the polytechnics of Rae Bareli, Mathura, Muzaffar Nagar, Hathras, Hamirpur and other districts. A large number of students dissatisfied with the polytechnic results reached the Technical Education Council office. Students also raised slogans to protest against the council. After which Board Secretary Ajit Kumar Mishra talked to the dissatisfied students and talked about solving the problem.

Board asked for details of absent students

Taking the performance of the students seriously, Technical Education Council Secretary Ajit Kumar Mishra took steps to solve the problem of students shown absent even after giving the examination. Ajit Kumar Mishra said that students will not be allowed to be harmed. Details of those students who are absent in the examination results have been sought from the principals of all the colleges. The Secretary said that sometimes students make mistakes in writing the roll numbers, due to which the copy does not match. For this reason students are seen absent. The problems of such students will be resolved within a week. Along with this, the Secretary said that apart from this, students who are dissatisfied with the marks can apply for revaluation.
