In Banda, under the leadership of SP Ankur Aggarwal, an intensive bank checking campaign is being conducted to prevent incidents of robbery, snatching, theft and embezzlement around banks and ATMs. Under this campaign, the police installed ATMs and banks in all the police station areas of the district.

safety equipment check During the checking, the police checked the security equipment installed in banks and ATMs, such as CCTV cameras, emergency alarms and fire extinguishers. During this time, CCTV cameras were found faulty at some places, on which the police talked to the bank officials and directed them to repair them.
The police interacted with bank officials and employees to ensure that the functioning of the bank ran smoothly and adequate security arrangements were provided. The security guards deployed in the bank were instructed to advise the customers to park their vehicles only at the designated parking places, so that there is no inconvenience to the vehicles and people moving on the road.
monitoring suspicious activities During this period, suspicious persons and vehicles roaming around ATMs and banks were also investigated. SP Ankur Aggarwal said that the objective of this campaign is to provide a safe environment to the public and ensure the security of banks. He urged all the bank officials to strengthen their security arrangements, so that the customers coming to the bank can feel safe.
This intensive checking campaign will help in making the security arrangements in banks more effective and instill security confidence among the people.
