The matter is of Mishrikh Kotwali area. Awadhesh Kumar, a resident of Bijnapur village here, filed a complaint in the police station alleging that his brother deceased Ashok Kumar, son of Pyare Lal, used to do domestic electrical wiring by profession. On Tuesday evening, opposition leader Atul Gupta was getting the construction work of his clinic done in Misrikh town. Today the roof of this clinic was to be cast. But due to darkness, Atul forcibly took the electrician Ashok away from the house to install the bulb.

It is alleged that Swamy, who was constructing a clinic there, forcibly pressurized the electrician to install a bulb in the running power line. The electrician who was connecting the line died due to sudden electrocution while connecting the wire under force. It is alleged that the building owner left him in the CHC in a hurry and fled from the spot.

The relatives of the deceased reached the spot after receiving the information, expressed their displeasure, created a ruckus and demanded action. After getting information about the incident, the police reached the spot, talked to the family members and sent the body to the district headquarters for postmortem. Police say that a complaint has been received and necessary legal action will be taken after investigating the matter.
