Diversion has been done on the Collectorate road for the by-election to be held on Majhwan Assembly seat of Mirzapur. If you want to go to the district hospital through this route, you will not be able to go. You will have to go around via Civil Line Tiraha.

In view of the nomination process, route diversion has been done for well-organized and smooth traffic system. This system will remain in force till 30th October. The movement of all types of vehicles will be blocked between Excise Tiraha and Shailesh Tiraha.

Vehicles will be parked in City Club

The diversion route has been done via District Hospital, Shailesh Tiraha, Petrol Pump Tiraha, Kachari Police Post, Excise Tiraha, Ramai Patti, Police Line. All the vehicles nominated will be parked in the City Club. In case of excess vehicles, they will be stopped and parked near the police line gate and morcha ghar.

In case of excess of vehicles around Ramaipatti Tiraha, Collectorate and Court, as per requirement, all the vehicles will be diverted from Tehsil intersection to Sankatmochan via Girdhar intersection and Tarakapur turn.

For the candidates going to the Collectorate for nomination, only one vehicle carrying maximum 5 persons, candidate, proposer and seconder, will be allowed to go to the Collectorate from Excise Tiraha towards Collectorate. All other vehicles will be parked at City Club.

Police said- avoid unnecessary traffic

The Police Traffic Department told the general public that there will be presence of a large number of vehicles around the Collectorate during the nomination. Due to heavy traffic, avoid unnecessary traffic near Ramaipatti Tiraha, Abkari Tiraha, Kachari Chowki, Shailesh Tiraha, District Hospital, Collectorate.
