This car was purchased in the year 2017 in the name of M/s RNG Export India. Since then the advocate has been using this vehicle. According to the advocate, all the services of the car have been done at the service establishment of Khanna Auto Sales Private Limited, 16/12A Civil Lines. Over the years, the directors of Khanna Hyundai have received lakhs of rupees directly and indirectly through their appointed employees.

Car broke down on Yamuna Expressway

According to the advocate, on August 19, 2024, his driver was going to Amity University Noida to drop the children. This car was used. The car stopped with a sudden noise in the engine in the middle of Mathura Agra on Yamuna Expressway. After many attempts the car could not be started. Then on receiving the information, the advocate contacted Babbar Break Down Service, got the car loaded with a crane and took it to Hyundai’s workshop in Fazalganj. In which an expenditure of Rs 21 thousand was incurred. The advocate alleged that the company takes money from him every year for this roadside assistance. It was told in the workshop that 4 number connecting was damaged and the expenses related to it were shared on WhatsApp.

According to the advocate, at 12 noon on 9th September 2024, he went to Swaroop Nagar office and personally met directors Punit Khanna and Sumit Khanna. Told them that despite lakhs of rupees being collected in the name of service by making forged documents for so many years, how the connecting bolt of the engine fell loosely into the engine. On this, both of them called their 15 employees and put the lawyer in fear. Also threatened to quietly deposit the stated bill otherwise the car will remain lying in the workshop.

The advocate alleged that the accused were forcefully procrastinating because they had grabbed the car. Advocate told that in this matter complaints were made from the police station to the authorities but they did not listen.

Inspector Swaroop Nagar Suryabali Pandey said that on the orders of the court, Khanna Hyundai Swaroop Nagar Director Punit Khanna, Director Sumit Khanna, Sumit Singh, Nagendra Singh Chauhan, Saurabh Mishra, Jaya, Kalpana Mishra, Ravi Kumar, Shivam Sharma, CEO of Hyundai Company. An FIR has been registered against Unsoo Kim, Executive Director JT Park, Aafak Service Head Manager and 15 unknown people under sections like fraud, making forged documents, using documents, illegal recovery etc. Whatever facts emerge in the investigation, action will be taken accordingly.
