Farmers allege that black marketing of DAP is taking place and the administration is not able to control it. Farmers say that they are in dire need of DAP for sowing crops like potato, wheat and mustard, but it is not being supplied adequately in the district.
Some farmers say that the distribution of fertilizers is being done arbitrarily. These farmers say that they are making rounds daily, but they are not getting fertilizer. They have to buy fertilizer from the market by paying more. Some farmers say that they did not get sufficient quantity of fertilizer.
