Vicious thieves targeted an electronic shop in Kalyanpur. He broke the lock and entered inside and stole the goods but while leaving he deleted the footage of the DVR connected to the CCTV camera. Sunit Kumar Verma, resident of Tulsi Nagar Kakadev, has a shop named Mamta Electrical in RS Market located near Indira Nagar Buddha Park intersection. According to him, he closed the shop on Thursday and went home. Late night, thieves broke the lock of his shop and stole goods worth about Rs 60,000. In which there are bundles of copper wires, LED bulbs and a large amount of skirting. Thieves also stole around Rs 1200 kept in Golak.

The footage after 11 pm was deleted

According to Sunit Kumar Verma, the thieves deleted the footage after 11 pm. According to Sunit, footage till 11 o’clock is present in the DVR. But all the footage after that is missing.

According to ACP Kalyanpur Abhishek Pandey, FIR has been registered in the matter. CCTV footage installed nearby is being scrutinized.
