Treatment will be available at district hospitals and health centers

CMO Dr. Ashok Kataria said that Diwali is a festival of lights and happiness. But many times fire accidents happen on Diwali. Often, even while bursting crackers, accidents like burns and scalds occur. The health department is fully prepared for any such emergency. There is complete arrangement for first aid in all health centers and district hospitals. Doctors will give different duties in three shifts. Private hospitals have also been instructed to set up burn wards and treat burnt patients on priority. Doctors will be on duty the whole day in the emergency of the district hospital. Such patients will be given treatment on priority. Burn ward ready in medical hospital LLRM Principal Dr. RC Gupta said that our burn unit and emergency are fully prepared. Doctors will be on duty. Any kind of case that comes up will be immediately admitted and given treatment. Dr. RC Gupta said that firecrackers cause two types of eye infections. First chemical infection means chemical getting into the eye. Second heat mode due to which the eye tissue gets burnt due to the firecracker. Every kind of treatment will be given.
