Who entered their house and assaulted their family members, molested and assaulted them. The constable is posted in Lucknow and had reached the village while on duty. Who molested and assaulted her. A video of the policeman being assaulted is also available. When she went to the police station to complain, the police took action against her husband for disturbing the peace. He was not heard.
The victim told that her husband’s parents have died. After the death, the co-account holder of the land, Kishan Swaroop, is not giving his share in the land to Rajaram Padita’s son. When they ask for their share in the land, they start assuming rivalry. Kishan Swaroop son of Rajaram and Atin alias Ramu and Sachin alias Monu sons Kishan Swaroop and Sunil alias Bhure son of Shyam Swaroop and Sneh Lata wife Kishan Swaroop, Kishan Swaroop son of Rajaram, Shyam Swaroop son of Rajaram resident of Dharmangadpur on 1st November at around 2 pm broke into his house. They came and started abusing her and threatening to kill her and her husband. The victim and her husband were beaten badly by the accused. Due to which he got hurt.
The accused Atin alias Ramu, son of Kishan Swaroop is in the Uttar Pradesh Police and is currently posted in the Prosecution Office, Civil Court, Lucknow. He came home wearing uniform and flaunting his uniform, entered the applicant’s house and assaulted her. During the incident, police constables Atin alias Ranu and Sachin alias Monu used obscene and filthy abuses, tore the blouse of the applicant and molested her. He also has a video of the accused constable. In which he is beating and abusing. He had come home from Lucknow without leave.
On receiving the complaint, the police instead of taking action against the accused, issued a challan to the victim’s husband under sections of breach of peace. Accused constable Atin, flaunting his position and uniform, made his uncle Shyam Swaroop the plaintiff and filed a false case under serious sections against her husband and brother-in-law. Due to the accused being in the police, any police is filing a false case against his family members based on his fabricated story. We were beaten, molested and a false case was registered against us too. The victim has demanded a SP investigation and strict action should be taken against the accused.
