A notice was issued to remove the encroachment by people on government land in a village located in Mihinpurwa tehsil of Bahraich. But the occupants did not respond to this. After which the Tehsil administration took action against illegal encroachment.

Some people had encroached on government land in Jalimnagar Gram Panchayat located in Mihipurwa tehsil. A resident of the village had complained about this to Sub-Collector Sanjay Kumar. After which he issued a notice to the concerned people and sought answers. After not receiving any response to the notice, the Tehsil administration, in the presence of police force, demolished the encroachment done by three people with a bulldozer. This action has created a stir among the people who have encroached on government land.
The Deputy District Magistrate said that a complaint was received from some people about construction on government land. After which notice was issued. As no response was received, the encroachment was removed. During this, outpost incharge Dinesh Kumar Singh and revenue inspector Ram Manorath were present.
