Chanakya explained the signs that indicate financial crises in a family or individual’s life.
Everyone desires happiness, prosperity, and wealth in their family, but certain mistakes at home can lead to conflicts and difficulties. Although elders often advise on such matters, many signs indicating upcoming problems are repeatedly ignored. Ancient scholars like Acharya Chanakya have provided valuable insights into various aspects of life. His ‘Chanakya Niti’ continues to unravel many mysteries of life and remains a guiding light, especially for young individuals. In his teachings, Chanakya explained the signs that indicate financial crises in a family or individual’s life.
What is Chanakya Niti?
Chanakya Niti is an ancient Indian text that contains teachings and principles related to politics, economics, and ethics. Written by Chanakya, also known as Vishnugupta, this text provides wisdom on managing life effectively. Chanakya, a great economist, strategist, and scholar, played a significant role during the reign of Chandragupta Maurya.
Signs Indicating Financial Crisis According to Chanakya Niti:
1. Frequent Breaking of Glass
Both astrology and Chanakya Niti highlight that the repeated breaking of glass is an ominous sign. While glass breaking might seem like a normal occurrence, if it happens frequently, it may indicate an impending crisis. Chanakya advised against keeping broken glass items at home, as they negatively impact the household’s financial situation.
2. Constant Family Conflicts
Ancient scriptures and Chanakya Niti suggest that a house filled with arguments and disputes drives away prosperity. If a home experiences sudden and frequent conflicts, with family members becoming upset over trivial matters, it is a warning sign of financial troubles ahead. Maintaining a peaceful and harmonious environment is essential for preserving wealth and happiness.
3. Disrespect Toward Elders
According to Chanakya, a household where elders are not respected or happy is a sign of an upcoming financial crisis. The blessings of elders contribute to a family’s progress, but in homes where elders are insulted or not cared for, Goddess Lakshmi (the goddess of wealth) never resides.
4. Lack of Interest in Devotion
Homes with regular prayers and worship are filled with positive energy and happiness. However, if there is a loss of interest in prayer or devotion, it indicates financial instability in the household. Worship creates a positive atmosphere, while its absence invites negativity and challenges.
5. Wilting of Tulsi Plant
The Tulsi plant holds great significance in Sanatan Dharma and is considered a symbol of prosperity. A thriving Tulsi plant in the home indicates good fortune. However, if the Tulsi plant starts wilting or develops white mould, it is a sign of impending financial difficulties.
By recognising these signs and taking corrective measures, families can ensure a more prosperous and harmonious living environment. Chanakya’s teachings remain relevant and insightful, guiding individuals to navigate through life’s challenges effectively.
