Taekwondo competition started at Sigra Stadium.
300 players from five zones of Varanasi city area took part.
Players from five zones showed their strength in Taekwondo Players from five zones of Varanasi participated in Taekwondo organized at Sigra Sports Stadium under the Kashi MP Sports Competition. In this, the fight of Under-14 (Sub Junior category) took place on the first day. In this, Sunny Jaitley, Piyush Gupta, Shivani Vishwakarma and Manisha won gold medals while Dnyaneshwari Shekhar, Azad, Suhani won silver medals.
Minister of State talked to the players After the inauguration, Minister Arun Saxena interacted with the players and asked them about their goals. The minister said- Sports teaches us discipline. The change that discipline brings in life. Through that we remain successful in life. In such a situation, we must play a game in life. With this we will remain fit as well as disciplined.
