Under the traffic month of November, efforts are being made by Gonda Police to make people aware. In this sequence, a special awareness program was organized at St. Xavier’s School on Saturday.

The program was started by Superintendent of Police Vineet Jaiswal and Area Officer City Saurabh Verma by lighting the lamp and garlanding the statue of Mother Saraswati. In the program, the Superintendent of Police administered the oath to thousands of children of St. Xavier’s School to follow traffic rules.
SP gave these messages-
-Children under 18 years of age should not drive. -People above 18 years of age should drive only after getting a driving license. -Use helmet while driving a two-wheeler. -Do not use mobile and air phones while coming and going to school. -It is mandatory to wear seat belt in four wheeler vehicles.

Instructions given to school management SP Jaiswal told the school administration to ensure the fitness of school vehicles and completely follow the traffic rules while transporting children.
Important instructions for children Children were told to use indicators while turning left or right so that road accidents can be avoided. In the program, Area Officer City Saurabh Verma also addressed the children and appealed to immediately contact the traffic police in case of any traffic related problem.
