England’s Cambridge University will conduct research in collaboration with the Government Ayurveda College, Lucknow.

The Department of Orthopedics of Cambridge University, England will conduct research in the Government Ayurveda College, Tudiaganj. Cambridge experts will look at the functioning of Ayurvedic medicine in arthritis and its effect on patients.

For this, a proposal for research has been sent by Cambridge to Dr. Sanjeev Rastogi, Founder Director of Arthritis Super Specialty Center of Government Ayurveda College.

Research Journal published

Dr. Sanjeev Rastogi told that recently a research student from Germany had come to the college and published a research paper on effective Ayurveda treatment on arthritis. After this, Dr. Karan Gupta, now a research student of modern medicine at Trinity College, Cambridge University, shared the benefits of Ayurvedic treatment in arthritis patients with Annals of Ayurvedic Medicine Research Journal.

Study conducted on 100 patients

Dr. Karan is currently doing research in modern medicine at Trinity College, Cambridge University. Recently, he studied 100 patients undergoing treatment at the Arthritis Center of Government Ayurveda College for three months. In this he found that after 8 months of treatment, the patients got 35 to 90 percent benefit. Dr. Karan shared this information at Cambridge University. After that, the doctors of the Orthopedics Department of the University contacted Dr. Sanjeev Rastogi of Ayurveda College and sent a proposal to research the possibilities of Ayurvedic treatment in arthritis.
