7 resolutions were passed in the 71st board meeting of HPDA of Hapur. Now the way has been cleared for opening hotels even on small plots. Kachari Bhoomi gets green signal

The board meeting was presided over by Divisional Commissioner Selva Kumari J. In-charge Secretary Praveen Gupta said that now action will be taken in the matter of compounding imposed on construction works for the last 8 months. The proposal to collect mitigation fee has been passed in the meeting. This will bring huge revenue to the authority. In case of excessive construction of the building, mitigation fee is charged on the revised map.

Apart from this, permission will be given to open hotels on small plots also. Apart from this, relaxation in the rules of plot has also been given in the cases of petrol pumps etc. At the same time, except for the land of Master Plan Road and Green Belt in village Simrauli, relaxation has also been given in matters related to change of land use and construction of buildings. Along with this, land use has been changed to build a hospital in Nizampur. Whereas the way for 25 acres of land for the District Court was also cleared. DM Prerna Sharma, VC Nitin Gaur and other officers were present in the meeting.

4 proposals will be discussed again

In proposal number seven, 20168 square meters of group housing plot GH-1 allotted in Anand Vihar Housing Scheme should be sub-divided into small single residential plots, in proposal number nine, Khasra number-125 and 126 in village Ishaqnagar of Modinagar area, out of 6780 area. Excluding the land of Master Plan Road and Green Belt, the land use of the remaining 5418.96 square meters will be changed from agriculture to industrial.

On the other hand, a proposal to change the land use in village Kaili will be sent to the government.
