Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched Group Housing Scheme. Under this, 20 plots have been taken out in Sectors 17, 18 and 22D. With the aim of promoting residential development in the area after the arrival of the airport and other industrial cities.

The scheme includes six plots in Sector 17, five in Sector 18 and nine in Sector 22D. Whose size ranges from 11,513.72 square meters to 89,034 square meters. Plots in Sector 17 range between 11,513.72 sq m and 24,282 sq m. Whose reserve price is Rs 32,375 per square metre. Sector 18 consists of similarly sized plots of 16,188 sq.m. While Sector 22D offers the widest range. In which the size of the plot starts from 20,235 square meters to 89,034 square meters.

EMD ranges from Rs 3.73 to Rs 30 crore as per reserve price.

To participate in the scheme, developers will have to pay a registration fee (EMD) ranging from Rs 3.73 crore to Rs 30.27 crore, depending on the size of the plot. The e-auction process will be open only to financially and technically qualified bidders. A minimum of three bids per plot will be required for the auction to proceed.

40 percent payment will have to be given in 60 days Selected allottees will have to pay 40% of the total premium within 60 days of allotment, with the remaining 60% to be paid in four half-yearly installments over two years. The plots are being given on 90 years lease. The construction is to be completed in two phases. Minimum 30% of Floor Area Ratio (FAR) has to be completed within three years of the lease deed. Also the entire project should be completed within seven years.
