A case of fraudulent land deeds has come to light on Bhayla Road in Saharanpur. On the complaint of the victims, today the police reached the spot and inspected the plots made in fake deeds and assured the victims that legal action will be taken against the accused.

Fraud going on on Bhayla Road There is a big confusion going on between Gata number 606 and Gata number 610 on Deoband’s Bhayla Road. In this, on the complaint of Bejad Mukhiya, Salim and Sanwar, today Kotwal Sunil Nagar reached the spot with the police force and closely inspected the fraud going on in the deeds of plots.
Allegation of manipulation in GATA numbers The complainants allege that the accused made the deeds in Gata number 606 by showing Gata number 610 whereas this Gata number 606 belongs to the village society land. It was told that deeds for 26 plots have been done, out of which houses have been built on 6. Simple people are losing a lot of money due to this fraud and they are facing huge problems.
A case was registered against 28 people A few months ago, cases were filed by the administration against 28 people who had illegally encroached upon these Gata. Even at that time people had said that they had purchased this land and they had the documents for it.
