For the first time, property worth Rs 200 crore will be auctioned by Prayagraj Development Authority. For this, preparations have started from the authority side. The authority will give this property to open houses, schools and shops. In such a situation, those people of the city will benefit who have been living in poverty for years.

Registration will take place in the first week of February Online registration for purchasing these plots from PDA will be done in the first week of February. This includes sale of plots in Jhunsi, Naini, Jhalwa, Shantipuram and Kalindipuram. At the time of registration, 10 percent of the fixed price of the concerned plot will have to be deposited online. Details of all the properties to be auctioned will be uploaded on the PDA website. Plots for residential, commercial and educational institutions will be auctioned on different dates.
Sales will be online for the first time Till now, Prayagraj Development Authority had made arrangements to sell properties through lottery. For the first time, PDA is preparing to sell online. This step has been taken by PDA with the aim of increasing income. For this, preparations have been intensified in the authority.
