In Lucknow’s Wazirganj area, two bike-riding criminals escaped after looting Rs 1.5 lakh from an accountant. The accountant was returning after collecting money from the shopkeepers. Then two bike riding criminals pounced from behind, snatched the bag and disappeared. Police registered the case and investigated the matter

Sidhauli Sitapur Manish Kumar Tiwari (42) son of Aditya Kumar Tiwari works as a bookkeeper at Traders Subhash Marg. They were returning after collecting money from retail shops at around 6:30 pm on Saturday evening. When the goods warehouse reached near Tiraha City Road, two bike-riding miscreants coming from behind pounced on them and snatched the bag. After this he ran away.
Manish told that one and a half lakh rupees in cash and some payment checks were lying in the bag. He was coming back from the shops with the bag in his right hand. The police are investigating after registering a case on the complaint of the victim. Inspector Wazirganj said that on the basis of the complaint, the miscreants are being searched.
