Instructions to Deputy District Magistrates
The DM directed all the Deputy District Magistrates to deploy accountants in the Gram Panchayats as per the roster. He said that complaints should not be resolved in a hurry and the final decision should be taken only after talking to the applicant over phone. In land dispute cases, if any case is pending in the court, its complete details should be recorded in the report.

A joint team of revenue department and police will be formed
Instructions have been given to take immediate action in cases of illegal occupation of government and public land. In such cases, further action will be taken by registering an FIR. Land disputes will be settled by forming a joint team of Revenue Department and Police.
The District Magistrate directed all the officers to login to the portal daily and dispose of the complaints in a quality manner only after inspecting them on the spot. He warned that action would be taken against defaulting officials.
Chief Development Officer Vishal Kumar, Additional District Magistrate Finance and Revenue Shiv Pratap Shukla, Chief Revenue Officer Satya Prakash Singh, Additional Superintendent of Police Naxal Om Prakash Singh and other senior officers were present in the meeting.
