Parliament Special Session LIVE Updates: The five-day special session of the parliament is set to begin on Monday. This session is likely to begin with a discussion on the 75-year journey of the Indian Parliament. The Centre is also set to table five bills for passage during the special session. There’s an intense speculation over a surprise item from the Centre’s side during the session. Meanwhile, several parties including from the ruling and opposition sides, made a strong pitch for tabling and passage of the women’s reservation bill. The session will likely shift from the old building to the new one on September 19.
