District level Ground Breaking Ceremony 4.0 program was organized on Monday at Ganga Multipurpose Auditorium located in Ballia Collectorate premises. During this, live telecast of the addresses of the Prime Minister, Chief Minister and other ministers was shown in the GBC 4.0 program organized in Lucknow. The program was inaugurated by jointly lighting the lamp by District Magistrate Ravindra Kumar, Chief Development Officer Ojaswi Raj along with public representatives and entrepreneurs.
