The SEVENTEEN fans were greeted with happy news on Friday after Pledis Entertainment announced that S.Coups and Jeonghan are ready to return to group activities after recovering from their knee and ankle injuries. Group rapper S.Coups has been on a hiatus from promotions and group activities since last August due to his knee injury. Similarly, vocalist Jeonghan also went on a hiatus in December after injuring his ankle and undergoing surgery. However, now both members of the Korean supergroup are ready to join their members in regular activities.
In a statement posted on Weverse, Pledis Entertainment wrote, “As a result of receiving constant care and taking sufficient rest, both artists have made a noticeable recovery. They have been cleared by medical professionals to resume their scheduled activities as long as they avoid straining their bodies.”
The agency added that S.Coups and Jeonghan will take part in SEVENTEEN’s Follow Again tour in Incheon in March. However, the agency was quick to mention that the extent of S.Coups and Jeonghan’s participation in “certain stages or events may be limited, in order to prevent straining their injured areas.”
Pledis Entertainment concluded the statement with a note of gratitude to fans and said, “We extend our sincere gratitude to the fans for supporting the recovery of S.COUPS and JEONGHAN. The company will continue to place the utmost priority on the health of our artists and do our best to support the artists’ recovery, ensuring they can return to their fans in good health.”
SEVENTEEN is currently basking in the success of their Follow Again tour. The tour started on July 21, 2023, and continued till January 2024. Recently, new dates for the encore version of the Follow Again tour were announced with multiple stops in Japan.
