A 35-hour lockdown is coming into force in UP today.

There will be a 35-hour corona curfew to break the rising corona chain in Uttar Pradesh from 8 pm today to 7 am Monday. During this time strict instructions were issued. Do not leave without necessary work. Meanwhile, the government has already announced that those who do not apply masks will be dealt with vigorously. Meanwhile, only 20 people can attend the funeral during the lockdown, with industrial units allowed to run.

During the Corona curfew, necessary services, polling parties connected with the panchayat elections, health services, cleanliness, etc. will be allowed to travel. All markets, offices except essential services will remain closed. During this period, the sanitation and fogging will be carried out by the fire department at the district level, at the Municipal Corporation, Nagar Panchayat and Gram Panchayat level and by the sugar mills by carrying out a special campaign for cleanliness.

Chief Minister gave instructions regarding 35-hour weekend curfew

  • All industrial units will be allowed to run and their workers come to the workplace.
  • There will be no restriction of the program with the guideline in the wedding procession.
  • Relaxation on social distancing and using masks with a maximum of 50 people and 100 people in an open space on Saturday and Sunday with closed guidelines.
  • The District Administration will allow the candidates and examiners of various examinations, along with their I-card, to get NDA etc.
  • The public UP transport service will continue with 50% capacity.
  • Will be able to go with a maximum of 20 people for the last rites.

Fines of up to 10000 for the first time 1000 for the second time for not applying the mask

The Chief Secretary has instructed the officials to ensure the imperative of masks in cities and rural areas. Failure to comply with this should be fined for the first time and a fine up to a maximum of Rs.10000 for the second time. Instructions have been given to make the police station responsible for enforcing the imperative of masks. Senior officers of police and administration will also inspect the main roads, squares and markets and implement the imperative of masks.

DM will be responsible if quarantine center is not built

According to the mandate of the Revenue Department and Health Department’s guide line in each district, instructions have been given to make the Quarantine Center available by today i.e. Thursday night. The District Magistrate and the Revenue Officer concerned will be responsible for the districts from which this information is not given till Thursday night.

Corona investigation of police personnel will be done by setting up camp

Instructions have been given to police officers at the district level to review the arrangements made to prevent infection of corona in police personnel. Camps have been asked to be conducted in the police line. Instructions have been given to the fire department for daily fogging on the police line, police post, police station and police office.

The Commissioner of Police, District Magistrate, Senior Superintendent of Police, Superintendents of Police have been directed to ensure the system of screening and testing at railway stations, bus stations and airports. Drug inspectors have been asked to arrange oxygen supply in government, private hospitals, private medical colleges.

The Chief Secretary has said that resources are needed to protect Kovid-19 in male corporations. The Municipal Corporations have been asked to immediately send the Demand Letter to the Municipal Development Department and the Revenue Department.
