The son saw his mother hanging from the noose
Ruby Verma, wife of Deepak Verma, resident of Mohalla Chaubyana under Kotwali Talbehat, had gone to her maternal home in village Banguwankalan with her son Shivansh alias Bholu on Monday at 6 pm. On Tuesday, Ruby went to her maternal home in Banguwankalan house on the second floor at 10 am. There she hanged herself. When her son reached the room, he saw his mother hanging from the noose. He informed his maternal uncle and aunt about it, who reached the spot and brought down Ruby hanging from the noose and took her to Community Health Center Talbehat. Where doctors declared her dead.

The deceased’s husband Deepak Verma said that he was married to Ruby 7 years ago. He also has a 5 year old son. Three months ago, a young man from the neighbourhood lured his wife and took her away. After one and a half months, his wife returned. She was at her maternal home in Vanguvankalan. She came home to Chaubyana on Monday evening. There she kept her belongings in a room and locked it and gave him the keys and said that she wants a divorce. She will not live with him. After saying this, his wife went to her maternal home. He told that a young man from the neighbourhood was harassing his wife. He was pressurizing her. The young man has already married twice.

The deceased’s brother Rohit said that his sister committed suicide by hanging herself due to threats and pressure from a young man. He said that three days ago he too was threatened by a young man.
