AAJ KA PANCHANG, NOVEMBER 7, 2024: The Shashthi and Saptami Tithis of the Shukla Paksha will be observed on November 7, marking auspicious occasions such as Soorasamharam. During Skanda Sashti, devotees participate in a six-day fast that begins on the first day, or Pirathamai, of the Karthika lunar month and concludes on the sixth day, known as Soorasamharam day. Chhath Puja, which honours Surya, the Sun God and symbol of energy and life-force, will also take place on this day, promoting well-being, prosperity and progress.

The sunrise is expected at approximately 6:38 AM, while sunset is anticipated around 5:32 PM. Moonrise is projected for 11:51 AM, and moonset is forecast to occur around 10:09 PM.
TITHI, NAKSHATRA, AND RASHI DETAILS FOR NOVEMBER 7
On this day, the Shashthi Tithi will be in effect until 12:34 AM on November 8, after which it will shift to the Saptami Tithi. The Purva Ashadha Nakshatra will last until 11:47 AM, followed by the Uttara Nakshatra. The moon will be located in the Dhanu Rashi until 5:54 PM, at which point it will move into the Makara Rashi. Meanwhile, the sun will be positioned in Tula Rashi.
