Mandira shared the story of her haircut
Mandira said, “When I had decided to cut my hair, the one who cut it asked me, ‘Are you sure about it?’ I made this decision because I was so upset with my long hair because of things like straightening, curling. So, when she asked if you were sure, I said ‘yes and the hair will grow out anyway’.
Still, she cut my hair only till the shoulder and told me to come back tomorrow if I want to cut them shorter. Then I came back home and the next day before the salon opened, I reached there and he asked me to cut my hair short… I have short hair for the last 12 years and it has been a long time.”

I have been given at least 10 cop roles and There have been 5-6 negative role offers. Now people have cast me to play a strong modern woman, so short hair means a lot. I love short hair and will keep this haircut for as long as I want and If I come across something that calls for long hair, I’ll think about it.”
