Uttar Pradesh ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar held a press conference on Monday evening over the alleged gangrape case of Hathras. Kumar said that a conspiracy has been hatched to spoil the atmosphere of the state under a conspiracy related to the Hathras case. Intelligence agencies are investigating. Based on the evidence, action is going on. So far 19 cases have been registered in this case. In which three cases have been registered after the performance of political parties. So far five people have been arrested.
50 lakh was given to the victim’s family
ADG Prashant Kumar said that on the basis of the statement of the victim’s brother in the Hathras case, four people have been arrested and sent to jail. A CBI inquiry has been recommended to investigate the entire episode. The SIT is investigating separately. Announcement of financial help, job, house for the family. Some people were doing an audio viral, in which it was being said that the victim’s family was giving false statements and 50 lakh rupees were given in return. A total of six cases have been registered in Hathras so far.
13 FIRs in various districts including Lucknow
The ADG said that 13 cases have been registered in Bijnor, Bulandshahar, Ayodhya, Hathras, Lucknow Commissionerate for posting provocative posts on social media regarding the Hathras incident. The indictment was written in Hazratganj Lucknow for the case of putting up a disputed poster. In which 2 people have been caught.
