Last Thursday, a senior advocate fainted due to extreme heat in the premises of Bhinga Civil Court in Shravasti. Fellow advocates made him lie down on a stool and sprinkled water on him. In fact, Chandra Prakash Pathak (65), son of Maniram Pathak, a resident of Chailahi Jogarh in Bhinga Kotwali area, was a lawyer by profession. On Thursday, like every day, he came to the Bhinga court. Where he was finishing his court work.
Then suddenly due to extreme heat his health deteriorated and he fell unconscious in his chamber. Immediately the lawyers present with him took him to the bench and made him lie down. Then the fellow lawyers tried to contact the doctor posted in the court premises. But he could not be traced anywhere.
Fellow advocates took him to the Joint District Hospital Bhinga in an ambulance. Where the doctors declared him dead after examination. After receiving the news of the death of the advocate, all the advocates reached the hospital.
