A BCom student committed suicide by shooting himself in Thakur Ganj area of Uttar Pradesh capital Lucknow. Ravi Pratap Singh (16), a BCom first year student, shot himself in his father’s license revolver in Sardar Nagar on Wednesday afternoon. A blood-soaked body was found on the bed inside the room. Police and forensic team inspected the scene of the incident. Due to no suicide note from the deceased, the reason for the murder has not been ascertained. The police is investigating all these reasons.
Advocate Ramesh Kumar Singh is a resident of Sardar Nagar. He went to court on Wednesday. Meanwhile in the afternoon, his son Ravi Pratap Singh took out a revolver in a cupboard in the room inside the house and shot himself in the forehead. Hearing the sound of the bullet, Ravi’s brother Yash, sister Richa and other family members reached the room and saw a scream soaked in blood on the bed. The family immediately rushed Ravi to the hospital. Where the doctors declared him dead.
Police is investigating the cause of suicide
Ramesh Kumar Singh, the father of the deceased who arrived on information, said that the son was studying BCom in the first year from Kalicharan College. They have no idea of what caused the son to commit suicide. Police and forensic team inspected the scene of the incident. According to Inspector Thakur Ganj Rajkumar, the cause of the student’s suicide is being investigated. The student’s mobile has been captured. His call details are being traced to whom he last spoke. No suicide note has also been recovered from the spot. The family also could not come up with the reasons for the suicide.
